School Bus Driver
Under the supervision of the Lead Driver, operate a school bus over designated routes in accordance with state laws and District Policies and Procedures.
Bus Driver Requirements, Please attach the following required documents:
- CDL-Commercial License class A or B
- DL-51 DMV medical form (Medical Examiners Certificate)
- DL-45 California Special Driver Certificate
- First Aid Card (if restriction on school bus certificate)
- K-4 DMV Information Request (Driving History valid within 30 days)
- T-01 (original copy) Training Certificate
- T-02 (copy) Instructional Documentation
