Support: 1 Physician and 2 APPs

- High earning potential for a motivated and efficient physician
Compensation:
- $650,000 base salary
- Bonus based on RVU production
- Quality bonus up to 10% of base salary
Benefits: Full Benefits
- $100,000 Sign-on bonus
- $15,000 in relocation reimbursement
- $60,000 total retention bonus
- 33 days of PTO
- 5 days + $6,000 CME annually
- Malpractice with tail included at no cost
- Health/Dental/Vision/Life/Disability
- 403b with employer match
