Are you a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) seeking an exciting career opportunity in the beautiful state of Montana? MLee Healthcare is looking for a skilled LPN to join our client's team and contribute to our mission of providing high-quality healthcare to our community.

Key Responsibilities:

- Providing nursing care to patients in various units within the hospital, including medical-surgical, pediatrics, and more.

- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

- Monitoring and assessing patient conditions, and reporting changes to the registered nurse or physician.

- Assisting in the development and implementation of patient care plans.

- Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.

- Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.

- Providing education and support to patients and their families.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must have the following qualifications:

- Current Montana LPN license.

- CPR and BLS certification.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Compassionate and patient-centered care approach.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

- Previous hospital experience preferred.
