Here, your contributions aren't overlooked-your ideas are encouraged, your growth is supported, and achievements are recognized as a team win.WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:Minimum 5 years of HVAC experience (commercial preferred)Proven experience in estimating commercial HVAC equipment projectsSales experience in any field (HVAC sales preferred, not required)Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems and equipmentAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentsExcellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skillsProficiency with estimating software and Microsoft OfficeValid driver's licensePreferred qualifications include established relationships within commercial construction or property management, experience developing and selling planned maintenance agreements, and strong project management and leadership abilities.
