Technical Solutions Consultant

Technical Solutions Consultant implements and sustains digital solutions across hospital systems, serving as a trusted advisor for regional healthcare networks. The role bridges pre-sales strategy with post-go-live adoption, requiring strong technical expertise and stakeholder management across diverse organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Partner with capital teams and sales representatives to build relationships with hospital IT and digital stakeholders for solution implementation
• Deliver technical presentations including product overviews, data flow diagrams, and network topology to facilitate customer approvals
• Develop standardized implementation processes to enable repeatable, efficient product deployment across customer organizations
• Prepare Field Service teams through documentation, configuration validation, and timely communication for successful go-live
• Support post-launch adoption and gather customer feedback to inform product roadmap direction

Requirements

• 6+ years medical technology implementation, IT consulting, or healthcare digital experience
• Deep knowledge of cloud-hosted SaaS platforms, healthcare data security, networking infrastructure
• Account management or direct capital sales collaboration experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication across operational, clinical, and technical audiences
• Bachelor's degree
• Ability to travel up to 25% and work flexible schedule
