Responsibilities
- Function under the direction of the clinical coordinator and/or department manager; assist with providing safe, age-appropriate care to patients by performing all exams within the interventional radiology department according to department procedures.
- Possess knowledge and ability to obtain quality diagnostic studies, using independent judgment and initiative in the utilization of radiology equipment.
- Set up imaging equipment, position patients for procedures, and ensure safety and comfort throughout interventional procedures.
- Perform a wide variety of technical procedures, including those in both the IR and vascular hybrid interventional procedural settings, with the ability to work independently.

Requirements
- Licensure requirements, certifications, experience, and education details will be provided in the Job Notes.
- Ability to perform procedures in both IR and vascular hybrid interventional procedural settings.
- Demonstrated skill in preparing equipment, positioning patients, and delivering safe, high-quality imaging studies.
- Adaptability to a hospital-based travel assignment and the responsibilities of an interventional radiology environment.
