Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic clinical setting. The therapist will evaluate, develop, and implement treatment plans to improve patient mobility and functional independence.

Responsibilities:

  Assess patient conditions and determine appropriate therapy interventions.

  Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and diagnostic data.

  Deliver skilled physical therapy services, including manual therapy, exercises, and modalities.

  Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

  Document all clinical findings, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately.

  Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold an active license in physical therapy.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate experience in setting and executing treatment plans for diverse patient populations.
  
  
• 
  Possess strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
  
  
• 
  Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  
  
• 
  Have prior experience with modality equipment and therapy techniques.

  Be available to work Days shift with reliable attendance.
