Data Entry Clerk (Remote)

Aqualillies is seeking a motivated and detail-focused Data Entry Clerk to join our fully remote team. You will be an important part of our operations, ensuring that information is captured, verified, and made available to internal partners in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities Enter, update, and maintain information in company databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems with focus and consistency. Review records for accuracy and completeness, flagging or correcting missing or inconsistent information. Verify and resolve data discrepancies by researching source documents and communicating with colleagues as needed. Organize and maintain electronic files and documentation so that data is accessible and audit-ready. Generate routine and ad hoc reports and provide timely data support to internal teams to inform decision-making. Safeguard confidentiality and security of company and customer information at all times. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly productivity targets and contribute to process improvements. Assist with general administrative tasks that support the team and project deliverables. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; additional coursework or certificates a plus. Proven attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in data handling. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace applications. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a remote environment. Strong organizational skills and clear written communication. Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, customer service, retail, hospitality, or office operations. Familiarity with spreadsheets, databases, and CRM systems for tracking and reporting data. Prior remote work experience and comfort using collaboration tools is a plus.
