Data Entry Clerk (Remote)

Aqualillies is seeking a motivated and detail-focused Data Entry Clerk to join our fully remote team. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in accuracy, enjoy organized workflows, and value the autonomy of a flexible work-from-home schedule. You will be an important part of our operations, ensuring that information is captured, verified, and made available to internal partners in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain information in company databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems with focus and consistency.
• Review records for accuracy and completeness, flagging or correcting missing or inconsistent information.
• Verify and resolve data discrepancies by researching source documents and communicating with colleagues as needed.
• Organize and maintain electronic files and documentation so that data is accessible and audit-ready.
• Generate routine and ad hoc reports and provide timely data support to internal teams to inform decision-making.
• Safeguard confidentiality and security of company and customer information at all times.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly productivity targets and contribute to process improvements.
• Assist with general administrative tasks that support the team and project deliverables.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; additional coursework or certificates a plus.
• Proven attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in data handling.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace applications.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
• Strong organizational skills and clear written communication.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, customer service, retail, hospitality, or office operations.
• Familiarity with spreadsheets, databases, and CRM systems for tracking and reporting data.
• Prior remote work experience and comfort using collaboration tools is a plus.
