How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Deliver compassionate, direct nursing care aligned with the highest clinical standards to ensure safe, exceptional patient outcomes.

• Champion patient care plans by continuously monitoring progress and adapting interventions to meet evolving clinical and personal needs.

• Serve as the primary care coordinator , collaborating across diverse healthcare disciplines to seamless blend treatments and elevate the overall patient experience.

• Advocate for patient safety by accurately interpreting and executing clinical orders while maintaining transparent, real-time communication on patient conditions with the care team.

• Shape seamless discharge pathways in partnership with the healthcare team to ensure patients and families are fully prepared and supported for their journey home.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required.
