Quality Inspector III

Quality Inspector IIICollins Aerospace is excited to welcome a talented Quality Inspector III. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for ensuring quality product is received into the repair station by performing conformity inspections and coordinating non-conforming product dispositions within the compliance of AS9100 and FAA CFR 145 Repair Station requirements.What You Will Do:Performs inspection of products received from approved suppliers using a variety of measuring devices and an approved sampling plan.Uses predetermined methods, operations, setups, and specifications to verify conformance of arriving, in-process, and completed products.Raises notifications of non-conformances, quarantines non-conforming product and, when approved to do so, provides disposition. Assists with the coordination of non-conforming product control activities.Performs reviews and assessments of area/program performance.
