Requirements

1+ year of dental office experience (front desk or assisting)
Strong understanding of dental insurance and claims processing
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent

Job Description

Patient Care & Front Desk Management:
Warmly greet patients and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process
Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently, optimizing the doctor’s schedule
Verify insurance benefits and explain coverage to patients
Present treatment plans and coordinate financial arrangements
Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries with professionalism
Administrative & Team Support:
Maintain accurate patient records in Dentrix (experience preferred)
Process insurance claims and billing with attention to detail
Assist with practice marketing and patient engagement initiatives
Collaborate with the dental team to enhance the patient experience
Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment
