Shifting completely away from routine passive back-office data entry typing, basic text transcription logging, minor landing page copy modifications, or simple administrative checklist tracking loops, you will run an active business systems laboratory—transforming non-deterministic customer workflows and legacy product suites into clear, scalable cloud-ready architectures. This position requires an enterprise insurtech or financial software systems veteran with 8 to 10 years of craft depth who maps out multi-tenant functional specifications fluidly natively using Research analytics models, coordinates horizontal agile development milestones smoothly natively using Project Management communication structures, and commands complex User Acceptance Testing (UAT) tracks confidently under strict delivery deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Duck Creek Portfolio Governance: Claim absolute functional ownership and drive technical requirements analysis across large-scale, multi-tier Duck Creek suite transformation, migration, and software upgrade paths cleanly natively utilizing Research optimization paradigms.
• Rigorous Version vs. Cloud Gap Analysis: Lead detailed structural reviews comparing various legacy software versions against target cloud architectures, identifying functional deltas, and documenting technical mitigation roadmaps.
• Meticulous Business Scenario Formulation: Author, refine, and structure highly comprehensive business scenario scripts, user stories, and application flowcharts natively leveraging Project Management frameworks to reflect uncompromised operational logic.
