Radiologic Technologist - PRN

Role Summary Performs a variety of radiographic procedures applying ionizing radiation to support patient diagnosis and care. Responsibilities Demonstrates competency in advanced procedures (e.g., ERCPs, fluoroscopies, OR procedures, lumbar punctures, bronchoscopies, and trauma imaging). Ensures quality checks, accurate documentation, and proper image processing before transmission. Responds effectively to emergency situations and troubleshooting equipment issues. Promotes patient safety, manages workflow, and communicates delays to patients and families. Operates PACS and EMR systems efficiently, charges procedures appropriately, and strives for high patient satisfaction. Qualifications & Skills Certified through an accredited radiology program, ARRT registered, SCRQSA certified (if applicable), and CPR certified. No experience required; relevant certifications are essential. Possesses customer service, teamwork, computer proficiency, data entry, and knowledge of PACS and EMR systems. Additional Details Reports to a supervisor, with responsibilities focused on technical radiography tasks in a hospital setting. Works variable shifts in a dedicated radiology department to support quality patient care. #J-18808-Ljbffr
