Locations: 6795 W Tropicana Ave, 6090 S Fort Apache, & 5693 S Jones Blvd, Las Vegas, NV
Compensation: Base + monthly team & personal performance bonuses + annual incentives & bonus (travel awards, team contests) (potential $60k-$120k+) What Makes This Role Exceptional
- Leadership with purpose : Guide a 6-8 person sales and service team to success
- Impactful work : Coach your team to provide clients and families with tailored insurance and financial education—equip them for life's uncertainties

- Lead, motivate, and boost performance at the Tropicana location
- Maintain your own sales production—including resident and new clients
- Oversee performance via sales dashboards, KPIs, team goal-setting
- Host training sessions on insurance products, financial literacy, and customer care
- Collaborate on marketing strategies and community outreach
- Licensed in Property/Casualty and Life/Health Insurance
- Proven track record in sales leadership or individual sales
- Energetic, self-motivated, results-driven
- Excellent communicator and coach
