Claims Administrator

Claims Administrator Construction Partners, Inc. ("CPI") is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, self‑directed Claims Administrator to join its Risk Department and help administer auto and/or general liability claims. CPI is a vertically integrated civil infrastructure company operating across eight southeastern states, focusing on the construction, repair, and maintenance of surface infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Independently manage and analyze new and ongoing claims through resolution. Coordinate with risk personnel, attorneys, adjusters, and internal stakeholders. Investigate incidents, gather documentation, and maintain accurate claim records. Analyze claim and operational data to identify trends and recommend process improvements. Manage multiple priorities while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely communication. Provide administrative support and assist with special projects assigned by the Vice President of Risk. Demonstrate willingness and ability to learn new systems, processes, and procedures. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, Finance, Legal Studies, or a related field; equivalent experience considered. Two or more years of claims, insurance, risk management, legal, administrative, or related experience preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; ability to learn claims‑management software. Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines. Experience with legal contracts, insurance agreements, construction operations, or bilingual English/Spanish skills is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. This is an in‑person, in‑office position. Local applicants are preferred.
