Position Overview The Division of Rheumatology in the Department of Medicine at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA is recruiting full‑time clinician educators in the Health Sciences Clinical Professor series at the Instructor, Assistant, Associate, or full Professor ranks. Practices include Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, and the greater Los Angeles area. Responsibilities include a minimum of 36 hours per week of direct patient care; clinical teaching of medical students, residents, and/or fellows; participation in a variety of professional activities including teaching, scholarly contributions and administration; and participation in university or public service. Salary range: $142,100–$429,000. The position includes membership in the health sciences compensation plan which provides eligibility for additional compensation. Qualifications M.D. or D.O. is required. Board eligible or board certified in Rheumatology. Completed rheumatology training by June 30, 2025.
