As a dynamic and growing company with over 19 000 employees worldwide, 75 nationalities, a retention rate above 90% and € 3,7 billion in combined revenue in 2025, we are looking for someone like you to join our team as we continue to shape a safer, more efficient, and connected world!Purpose and MissionProviding engineering and technical support to operations and identifying potential cost savingsAnalyzing current processes and delivering options for continuous improvementPlanning, leading, and/or supporting the implementing of focused improvement events, cycle time reductions, set up reductions and pull systems resulting in scrap reductionFloor Time - 70% or greaterKey Activities and ResponsibilitiesEngineering (floor support)Is readily available to the team to support in job setup and work balancingDevelops equipment specifications, working with suppliers and maintenanceEnsures product complianceEnsures process stabilityEnsures accuracy of standardized work and relevant work instructionsParticipates in best practice groups, owns consistency internal and external to the plantSupports the team in problem solving activities, Technical expertiseIntroduces and investigates suggestions of new technologiesParticipates in layered auditsIs accountable for meeting or exceeding business targetsIs accountable for the process design and verification in their area of responsibilityVisible leadership and personal communicationProcess improvement (drive CI activities)Tactical includes spending time on the floor (e.g., layered audits, updates and participation to problem solving, safety walks, etc.) and meetings on critical areasStrategic includes budgeting and production planningAssures processes are capable of meeting business metricsIs responsible for deployment of new product planningMetric CategoriesSafety Quality Delivery Cost People/Engagement SustainabilitySkillsBroad knowledge of operational procedures and tools obtained through extensive work experiencePrevious Experience Required degree in Engineering, Preferred degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering0-2 years of professional experience required, 3+ years of experience a plusSpecialty skills preferred: Six SIgma Yellow Belt, a plusPreferred experience using software to analyze data, Power BI, Excel, Minitab, etc.Strong interpersonal and communication skills desired, an ability to communicate to Machine owners/Operators and a global teamQualifications and EducationBachelor's degree in chemical, mechanical, or industrial engineering is preferred.Be bold and take the leap!
