Low Acuity:

Monday & Tuesday 4pm-8pm (Redlands)

Gtube:

Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (Peds Fontana)

Monday-Friday 7am-3pm (Adult Fontana)

Friday-Saturday 3:30p-10:30pm (Rialto)

Trach:

Monday-Wednesday 7am-5pm or 8am-6pm ( Highland)

Monday & Tuesday 7am-7pm | Sunday, Monday, Wednesday 7pm-7am (San Bernardino)

Monday-Friday 11pm-7am (Moreno Valley)

Vent:

Monday-Friday 10pm-6am | Saturday 8 hours and Sunday 4 hours (Colton)

Mon, Tues, Thurs 9am-1pm & Weds/Fridays 9am-5pm (Fontana)

Maxim Healthcare in San Bernardino is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
