Customer Support Representative
Integrated Resources, Inc is a premier staffing firm recognized as one of the tri-states most well-respected professional specialty firms. Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support the customer service department in ensuring customer issues are addressed with partner in a timely manner
- Prepare weekly reports on System Alerts and resolutions
- Interact with Customers to identify and support issues
- Coordinate with Partners to dispatch and get resolution on issues
- Other tasks assigned from time to time
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Very strong attention to details
- Must be able to multitask and handle a heavy work load
- Individual must be able to research, analyze and think outside the box
- Must have excellent verbal and written skills
- Possess a strong work ethic and team player
- High School Diploma or equivalent
