Principal Control Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

Lead the design and evaluation of plant control and instrumentation systems, including DCS and PLC architectures, across municipal, industrial, and power generation projects
Serve as primary technical controls liaison with clients, and sign and seal control systems plans, documents, and reports
Support business growth through proposal development, scoping, and fee estimating for new control systems projects

Required Experience

12+ years of progressive experience in control systems engineering, including leading complex projects from concept through commissioning
Extensive DCS and PLC design, implementation, and commissioning experience, with working knowledge of HMI/SCADA and ISA, IEC, NFPA, and NEC standards
BSEE from an ABET accredited university; active PE license required
