Practice Manager

Practice Manager
Assumes responsibility for the smooth operation of the physician practice. Primary position responsibilities include accurately processing all human resources paperwork as well as dealing with employee management. Handling of all the practice financials including end of month and budget. Recruitment and interviewing skills. Attends and conducts meetings. Performance improvement. Quality improvement.
Qualifications:
Minimum Education: Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent. Preferred: Associate’s Degree in Business Administration/Management, Health Science, Nursing or related area.
Minimum Years of Experience (Amount, Type and Variation): Required: Healthcare operational experience required. Good communication and multi-tasking required. Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree preferred or 3-5 years healthcare management experience which includes financial reporting and budget preparation and monitoring. Supervisory experience preferred.
License, Registry or Certification: Required: None. Preferred: None.
Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities: Required: Excellent communication, interpersonal, multi-tasking skills. Preferred: Knowledge of medical information systems and applications.
