Ensure all service-level agreements are met while maintaining the premium standards of the automotive brand. Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written). Valid EU passport (mandatory). Genuine interest in the automotive industry and vehicle technologies. Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment within Greece.
