Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Department – Wisconsin

Start Date: November 23, 2026

Location: Mauston, Wisconsin

Schedule: Emergency Department shifts with rotating schedule; providing care across the full patient acuity spectrum

• Full-scope Emergency Department nursing including triage, patient assessment, and emergency resuscitation
• Utilize Emergency Severity Index (ESI) 5-level triage process for efficient patient prioritization
• Collaborative, multidisciplinary care environment working alongside providers and ancillary services

• Patient population ranges from pediatric to geriatric across the wellness-to-critical illness continuum

Requirements:

• Two-year degree in nursing required; four-year degree preferred
• Active Wisconsin Registered Nursing license or Compact Licensure
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required; ATCN preferred
• Minimum 2 years of relevant nursing experience
• Demonstrated proficiency in computerized patient documentation systems
• Strong critical thinking, prioritization, and communication skills in high-stress environments
