About the Position

Job Title: EEG Technician Profession: Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics Specialty: EEG Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours (18:45 - 07:15) Experience: Minimum of 1 year preferred License: Registered EEG Technologist certification required Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: - Ability to perform routine and specialized non-invasive neurological tests as ordered by the physician. - Capability to work independently, exercising sound judgment and developed clinical skills. - Strong communication skills to gain confidence and cooperation from patients, families, and other healthcare providers. Description: Performs routine and specialized non-invasive neurological tests as ordered by the physician for the diagnosis, treatment, monitoring, and prevention of injury or disease. Exercises sound judgment and clinical skills to execute safe and precise procedures. Delivers accurate results to the physician in a timely manner. Gains confidence and cooperation from patients, their families or support groups, and other healthcare providers through patient assessment. Provides attentive monitoring and care, ensuring effective communication throughout the process.
