Production Lead

We are seeking an experienced Production Lead to support daily manufacturing operations within an electronics production environment. $25.00-$30.00/hr DOE
Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Responsibilities
- Perform assembly, testing, and machine operation activities
- Lead and support production employees on the manufacturing floor
- Coordinate workflow and production priorities
- Review production documentation and work instructions
- Conduct in-process quality checks
- Troubleshoot production issues and support process improvements
- Train and mentor team members
- Communicate production updates and concerns with leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years of electronics or electromechanical manufacturing experience
- Strong assembly, testing, or machine operation background
- Previous lead, trainer, or senior operator experience preferred
- IPC certification or related technical training is a plus
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with small electronic components
