Assistant SupervisorsNFI Massachusetts Inc., a non-profit human services agency, is seeking motivated and dedicated Assistant Supervisors to join our residential youth programs located in Haverhill, Wilmington, Beverly, Peabody, and Amesbury, MA.Our residential programs support youth in need of temporary out-of-home placement and serve adolescents and transitional-age youth (ages 12–22) with emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges, often with histories of complex trauma. Youth are referred through the Department of Children and Families (DCF).About the RoleAssistant Supervisors play an essential leadership role in ensuring a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment for youth and staff. This position works closely with the Program Supervisor to oversee daily operations, guide and support staff, and maintain the integrity of program routines and expectations.
