About the Opportunity We are looking to add a full time Shipping Specialist to our operations department in our Carlsbad HQ Location. The Shipping Specialist plays a crucial role in our shipping department, ensuring the accurate selection, preparation and timely shipment of Fashionphile products ensuring the safety and security of the contents along with regular shipping duties. Working Schedule: Thursday through Monday 9:30am - 6:00pm, Responsibilities include Ships items accurately and on time Verify items coming in Self-motivated with a sense of urgency Effective Written and Verbal communication Work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals Perform miscellaneous job-related task as assigned Assist with runner duties as needed Averaging a combined minimum UPH of 12 items shipped per hour (90+ per day) for employees 6 months to a year of experience Averaging a combined minimum UPH of 13-15 items checked in per hour (99-113+ per day) for employees over a year of experience Not to exceed task rate of 1% What We’re Looking For Prior entry level inventory experience or product handling Experience working in a fast-paced environment Ability to meet individual and department KPIs and Goals Highly organized Basic computer skills Ability to lift/carry up to 30lbs, frequently stand, walk, kneel, squat, bend, or reach Ability to work in a production environment including standing 95% of the time Ability to successfully multitask What We Offer Medical, Dental and Vision Coverage FSA options for Medical, Dependent Care & Commuter Benefits Paid Time off, Paid Sick Time, and Paid Holidays 401(k) with generous match program Free Life Insurance and AD&D Long Term Disability Insurance Employee Discount Pay Rate: This Position Begins at $19.00/HR for all New Hires into FASHIONPHILE's Carlsbad,CA Location. #J-18808-Ljbffr FASHIONPHILE
