The availability we are looking for is between 5AM-5PM. We are currently hiring individuals who can commit beyond the summer months. If you plan to go to college in the fall or are only home temporarily, this would not be the right fit at this time.

We are not currently hiring 15-year-olds.

Full-time - 32+ hours per week

Part-time - 15+ hours per week

Back of House Kitchen Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Prepare, cook, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Prep cold food, salads, sandwiches, and other items daily.
• Keep the kitchen clean and orderly
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Kitchen Director
• Uphold "core values" of the business
• Complete opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Anything else your manager assigns
• Must be 16 or older to apply

Compensation: At Chick-fil-A Kenersville, our goal is to provide fair compensation for all employees as well as clear advancement opportunities for Team Members who demonstrate leadership potential. Starting pay breakdown:

• Back of House Team Members: $12 - $15 per hour.
