Manager of Membership Support

To support a growing veterinary network, the full-time Manager of Membership Support will oversee the operational performance and continuous optimization of the membership program, manage a team of Client Support Representatives, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance client experience and program growth, with a hybrid work arrangement of remote work and two days in-office in Austin. Key responsibilities Accountable for the performance of the membership program, including new member acquisition and retention Leads a team of Client Support Representatives, establishing service standards and improving operational workflows Oversees the administration of membership management platforms and collaborates with IT and Product teams for technology enhancements Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field 4+ years of experience managing subscription, loyalty, or membership programs 3+ years of people management experience in client support or operations Strong operations mindset with experience in building scalable processes Experience in the Veterinary Services or Pet Care industry is a plus
