Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Chief Medical Officer for a growing outpatient organization in Panama City, Florida. This executive clinical leadership position is focused on strengthening provider performance, improving quality outcomes, expanding services, building clinical systems, and maintaining a clinical presence.

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary Target: $250,000
• Up To $300,000 For The Right Candidate

Requirements
• Board Certified Primary Care Physician REQUIRED
• Currently Serving As A Chief Medical Officer Within An FQHC REQUIRED
• Knowledge Of UDS, HEDIS And HRSA Compliance REQUIRED
• Comfortable Holding Providers Accountable While Building Strong Relationships REQUIRED
• Comfortable Maintaining A Clinical Presence While Serving In An Executive Leadership Role REQUIRED
