PURPOSE:

Participates in the planning, execution, and management of all phases of any Fishing, Thru-Tubing, Reverse Unit, Air Packages, Nitrogen Services, and/ or Pressure Control operations to ensure delivery of services according to client requirements and expectations. Responsible for supervising technical services operations on well site.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:

Provides technical support to crew and clients at the well site; maintains communication with client well site representative, rig crew, and field support staff; communicates with internal and external clients Plans and coordinates operations utilizing technical expertise to determine the need, technique, and use of equipment on a well site Advise customer on proper procedures to perform operations and provide instruction; troubleshoots issues on well site to reduce non-productive time; supervises operations on well siteManages storage and inventories of supplies and fixed assets on the rig. Ensures work is performed in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations as well as company and industry standards Prepares and delivers comprehensive job documentation Trains, coaches, and mentors trainees Develops expertise on advanced techniques; participates in knowledge sharing Performs other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Less than High School Education Work Experience: 4-6 years Related Experience: Relevant experience in open-hole and/or cased-hole operation Minimum of 2 years’ relevant product line experience High mechanical aptitude Extensive knowledge of Fishing, Thru-Tubing, and related services Extensive knowledge of Motors, Pumps, Compressors and Power Swivels and pressure control relating to a drilling, completion or production operation and related services

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: High School Diploma/Equivalent Work Experience: 6-8 years Supervisory Experience: 1-3 years Related Experience: Proficient with MS Office Suite
