Role Role: CVICU Nurse Manager overseeing a 19-bed unit with a team of 65, ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate care. Responsibilities Lead daily operations, coordinate clinical care, allocate resources, promote evidence-based practices, ensure regulatory compliance, and support staff development. Collaborate with leadership on planning and innovation, recruit and retain staff, and foster a positive work environment. Qualifications BSN or equivalent required; Master’s preferred. Current RN licensure with the North Carolina Board, national certification in specialty within one year, and BLS certification. Minimum five years of recent nursing experience, including two in clinical hospital leadership.
