Location Charlotte, United States Sector Banking Salary $60.00 to $64.00 per hour Project Manager III – Mortgage Servicing Location: Charlotte (Hybrid). Duration: Contract through end of year. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager III with a strong background in mortgage servicing and finance to support key initiatives for a leading financial services organization. This role requires a highly organized, detail‑oriented professional who can independently drive projects while collaborating across cross‑functional teams. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage end‑to‑end mortgage servicing projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. Partner with stakeholders across business and technology teams to gather requirements and drive execution. Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track. Maintain clear and consistent communication with leadership and project teams. Track project progress using tools such as JIRA and Microsoft Planner. Facilitate meetings, status updates, and reporting to ensure transparency and accountability. Required Qualifications Strong experience in mortgage servicing within financial services. Solid finance background with understanding of related processes and systems. Exceptional problem‑solving skills with strong attention to detail and organization. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with a professional, polished presence. Proactive, self‑starter mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including: Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables) Word, PowerPoint, and Planner Experience with JIRA and Microsoft Teams.
