About the Role
The Company is in search of a Lead Business Execution Consultant for a Vice President role within the Chief Administrative Office - Banking. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor to the Banking's leadership team, supporting the head of Banking and COO in driving alignment across business priorities and ensuring the effective execution of key initiatives. This role involves serving as a liaison between senior leadership and cross-functional teams, managing the executive office's rhythm of business, and crafting clear and compelling narratives to influence the strategic agenda. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' of business execution, implementation, or strategic planning experience, with a preference for those who have worked in a global, highly matrixed financial services firm and have advanced knowledge of investment and corporate banking. Applicants for this role at the company should possess advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to lead projects with minimal oversight. The role requires the ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment, act with urgency, and lead, coach, and develop junior team members. A background in front-line banking teams and leadership is desirable. The position is demanding, with expectations of working outside regular business hours and up to 10% travel.
