Key Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted RN license
• Minimum of 1 year ICU nursing experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for critically ill patients
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Adaptability to a rapidly changing clinical environment

• Flexible shifts available
• Night and weekend shifts may be required

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions using appropriate charting tools and processes
• Collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Respond promptly to emergencies, using critical thinking and advanced interventions
• Provide patient and family education regarding condition, treatment, and post-care instructions
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and safety standards
