Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced BCBA / Board Certified Behavior Analyst to lead an ABA center in Cottonwood Heights. This role combines clinical leadership, staff supervision, family support, and center operations .
Responsibilities
- Oversee ABA treatment planning, clinical quality, and client outcomes.
- Supervise and mentor BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, and clinical staff .
- Manage caseloads, scheduling, staffing, hiring, and onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with BACB standards, Utah regulations, HIPAA, and payer requirements.
- Oversee documentation, authorizations, data collection, and billing.
- Lead staff meetings, training, and professional development.
- Build strong relationships with families and referral sources.
- Support team development and center growth.
Requirements
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field .
- Active BCBA certification .
- Eligible for or currently holding Utah behavior analyst licensure .
- 3–5+ years of ABA experience .
- 1–2+ years of leadership or clinical supervision experience .
- Experience with CentralReach or similar ABA software .
- Knowledge of ABA insurance authorization and billing.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check.
