Registered Nurse On Call

Gentiva is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse On Call to provide home-based care for hospice and home health patients during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. You will triage calls, make urgent home visits, assess changing conditions, and implement care plans that support comfort, dignity, and safety. Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, you will provide symptom management, patient and family education, and timely documentation.
