Assembly Operator

Assembly Operator Join a growing manufacturing team! A growing manufacturing company is seeking dependable and detail-oriented assembly operators for all shifts. In this role, you will work independently and as part of a team to assemble, prepare, label, kit and package products according to work instructions and quality standards. This position is ideal for someone with previous manufacturing experience who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Assemble complete products or individual product components Operate machinery used to prepare and assemble products Fill, kit, label, package and prepare products for shipment Follow specifications, drawings, job routings and work instructions Adjust processes and report quality or production concerns Inspect products, parts and paperwork for discrepancies Maintain equipment, machinery, tools and materials Complete manufacturing orders and inventory transactions accurately Meet established safety, quality and production standards Report equipment, material, inventory, documentation or safety issues Maintain clean and organized work areas according to 5S standards Participate in continuous-improvement activities Rotate between assignments and departments as needed Assist with training new or cross-training employees when requested Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Two to five years of manufacturing or production experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment Strong attention to detail Good verbal and written communication skills Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team Ability to identify and report non-conforming products or processes Willingness to learn multiple areas of the operation and train others Physical Requirements Bend, squat, reach overhead and climb stairs or ladders Lift and carry at least 25 pounds Work in confined spaces when required Stand and remain active throughout the shift Why Apply?
