Tony Griffin Allstate in Matthews, NC is looking for a Insurance Sales Associate to join our in-office team. We're looking for someone who already understands the insurance business and is ready to take their production and earning potential to the next level.

This is a great opportunity for a proven producer who enjoys the competitive side of sales but also understands that long-term success comes from earning customers' trust and providing real value.

What You'll Do

Build relationships with new and existing customers.

Work leads and develop new business opportunities.

Quote and sell Auto, Home, Renters, Life, and other insurance products.

Conduct needs-based conversations and recommend appropriate coverage.

Follow up consistently with leads, prospects, referrals, and existing clients.

Identify cross-sell and account-rounding opportunities.

Conduct policy reviews to uncover additional protection needs.

Build a strong pipeline through referrals, networking, and personal prospecting.

Maintain accurate customer and policy records.

Deliver exceptional service throughout the sales process and beyond.

Collaborate with the agency team to achieve individual and agency production goals.

What We're Looking For

We're specifically seeking an experienced insurance producer who is already licensed.

Active Property & Casualty license required.

Previous insurance sales experience strongly preferred.

Life & Health license is a plus.

Proven ability to sell and consistently follow up.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Confident discussing coverage and asking for the sale.

Comfortable communicating by phone, text, email, and other technology.

Organized and able to manage multiple opportunities at once.

Goal-oriented, competitive, and motivated by results.

Professional, dependable, and coachable.

Ability to work effectively in an in-office team environment.
