We are actively hiring team members from the surrounding towns, including Hillsdale, NJ.

Ability to maintain over 30% sales conversion + previous sales experience
Assist Store Manager with coaching sales team
A verifiable history of excellent attendance
Evening and weekend availability

Here's what you’ll be doing:

Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere
Reaching out to leads using our CRM with high-energy
Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
Set reservations and book follow-up appointments
Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
Administer studio tours for new guests
Answer all questions about services and the facility
Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
