This position contributes directly to operational excellence, safety, and continuous improvement while working alongside teams who value innovation, integrity, collaboration, and inclusion.In this role, your responsibilities will be:Receive, inspect, and document incoming materials to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with established proceduresMaintain accurate inventory records through system transactions, cycle counts, and physical auditsStore, label, and organize materials to support efficient workflows and safe handling practicesCollaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to resolve discrepancies and support material availabilitySupport continuous improvement efforts related to inventory accuracy, process efficiency, and workplace safetyFollow all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements while contributing to a respectful and inclusive work environmentWho you are:You work cooperatively with others across the organization to achieve shared objectives and build strong partnerships. You take responsibility for delivering on commitments and follow through on agreements to ensure reliable results. You readily take action, even in the face of uncertainty, and look for practical solutions to keep work moving forward. You plan and prioritize work effectively, aligning daily activities with broader operational goals to support team and business success.For this role, you will need:5 years' experience in inventory control, receiving, warehousing, or a related operational environmentAbility to accurately track, record, and manage inventory using digital systems or ERP toolsAttention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, safety, and qualityAbility to perform physical tasks associated with material handling, with or without reasonable accommodationClear communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team based settingA high school diploma/equivalentAbility to lift 60+ lbsPreferred qualifications that set you apart:Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environmentFamiliarity with cycle counting, inventory audits, or continuous improvement practicesExperience using inventory or warehouse management systemsHazardous materials transportation trainingFamiliarity with enterprise systems such as ERP or OracleUnderstanding of lean principles, continuous improvement tools, or 5S practicesInterest in learning new processes, technologies, or cross functional skillsPay range and work schedule:Pay range: The expected annual pay range for this role is $45,000 – $55,000, ($21.63 hrly - $26.44) depending on skills, experience, and internal equity. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as role scope, location, and business needs.Work schedule: This is an on site, salaried nonexempt, overtime eligible position based on Long Island, New York.
