SUPAGIN LLC is actively hiring experienced CDL-A OTR drivers for SOLO and TEAM positions.

DRIVER PAY

$0.60 – $0.80 CPM

We offer competitive pay based on experience, qualifications, and position.

At SUPAGIN LLC, we believe experienced drivers should have a voice in the freight they run.

When loads are available, drivers can choose from up to 3 available loads/lanes and select the lane they prefer.

NO FORCED DISPATCH

We work with our drivers rather than simply telling them where they have to go.

You drive the truck. You should have a say in where it goes.

HOME TIME

Our typical OTR schedule is:

2–3 WEEKS OUT

2–4 DAYS HOME

Home time can vary depending on the route and lane selected.

We understand that our drivers have lives and families outside of the truck. Our goal is to provide time at home to rest, recharge, and spend meaningful time with the people who matter most.

NO NYC DELIVERIES

WE DO NOT RUN NYC DELIVERIES.

You will not be forced into New York City deliveries.

100% NO-TOUCH FREIGHT

NO TOUCH. NO UNLOADING. NO HANDLING FREIGHT.

Our OTR positions are 100% no-touch freight , allowing drivers to focus on safe and professional transportation without having to handle or unload freight.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a SUPAGIN LLC OTR driver, you will:

• Operate commercial tractor-trailers on OTR routes across multiple states
• Safely transport freight to customers and distribution centers
• Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate ELD records
• Comply with DOT Hours of Service regulations
• Communicate professionally with dispatch
• Provide updates regarding load status, delays, and deliveries
• Verify load information and cargo documentation
• Maintain safe operation of assigned equipment
• Follow all federal, state, and local transportation laws
• Maintain a professional and safety-focused attitude

✅ DRIVER REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must have:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable OTR/long-haul experience preferred
• Satisfactory MVR and driving history
• Knowledge of DOT regulations
• Knowledge of HOS and ELD requirements
• Ability to stay on the road for approximately 2–3 weeks
• Ability to work independently and responsibly
• Strong communication skills
• Dependable and professional work ethic
• Commitment to safe driving and on-time deliveries
