A growing, successful restaurant group is seeking a polished Director of Operations to oversee multiple high-volume, full-service restaurants in the Charlotte market. This confidential opportunity is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives on developing teams, improving financial performance, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements and Qualifications

Lead and coach multiple General Managers.
Drive operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and financial performance.
Manage P&Ls, labor, food and beverage costs, and overall profitability.
Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing leadership teams.
Ensure consistency in service, hospitality, and operational standards.
Support company growth and new restaurant initiatives.

Preferred Background and Skills

3+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience.
Proven success leading upscale, full-service restaurants.
Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&Ls and budgets.
Passion for developing leaders and building winning cultures.
Hands-on, energetic leadership style with excellent communication skills.
