Registered Dietitian

Overview Registered Dietitian – $5000 Retention Bonus at DaVita, 66420 East Broadway Blvd, Suite C300, Tucson, Arizona, 85710-3534. Responsibilities Analyze laboratory work results and develop individualized dietary recommendations for patients and their families. Build long‑term, meaningful relationships with patients and their families in an intimate outpatient setting. Lead and influence patient care to help them live better lives. Participate in team‑based quality improvement initiatives and clinical goal setting in accordance with CMS standards. Complete the Competency Assessment for Renal Dietitians (CARD) with a score of at least 80% within a reasonable period after hire. Qualifications State licensure required where available in the state of facility location. Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a similar area. Ability to work flexible schedules, including multiple facilities and travel when required. Intermediate computer skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and DaVita‑specific applications within 60 days of hire. Benefits Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match.
