• Types of Cases: General emergency medicine with mixed acuity
• Credentialing: 45-60 days with clean file

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified EM, FM, or IM (with 2 years EM experience)
• Certifications: ATLS, ACLS, PALS, BALS
• Licensure: Active Louisiana license; LA DEA and CS license required
