PAY/SCHEDULE/LOCATION/BENEFITS: $16.00-$17.00/hr (based on experience) Monday-Friday office hours (No weekends!) Medical, Dental, and Vision + Stone Oak area, San Antonio, TX Weekly Pay via direct deposit or pay card

MEDICAL OFFICE RECEPTIONIST DUTIES: Answer phones professionally and courteously Take and relay clear, accurate messages Gather new patient information Schedule clinic appointments efficiently Manage and maintain patient charts Collect payments from patients Collaborate with clinical staff for seamless care

MEDICAL OFFICE RECEPTIONIST REQUIREMENTS: Must be authorized to work in the United States Must pass a background check and drug test (Pre-employment requirements) High school diploma or GED (Required) Submit to a drug screen & criminal background check Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced setting At least 1 year of customer service experience (required) At least 1 year of computer skills (required) Bilingual in English/Spanish (required) Proficiency with office software and patient scheduling systems (desirable) No visible tattoos (Client workplace policy)
