Store Supervisor

Part Time Supervisor Join the LEGO® Brand Retail team as a part‑time Supervisor and be a role model by providing the LEGO brand experience to our customers. This role focuses on training, visual merchandising, sales and team leadership to exceed our high standards of customer service, product knowledge and sales. Responsibilities Maximize profitable sales by regularly reviewing sales and margin information. Ensure effective space management and store graphics, including pricing. Maintain all fixtures by ensuring they are fully replenished at all times. Evaluate competitor visual merchandising techniques and communicate opportunities to improve business. Train Sales Associates on LEGO Brand Retail visual merchandising guidelines. Motivate and develop a high‑performance team, sharing LEGO Brand, Vision and Values. Assist the Area Sales Manager and Store Manager with holiday, attendance and team scheduling. Supervise Sales Associates during the shift, addressing issues in line with LEGO policies. Complete orders for store and office supplies within guidelines and operating budgets. Ensure money‑handling procedures are followed by all Sales Associates. Maintain a well‑organised stockroom and achieve loss‑prevention targets. Assist in achieving a high standard of merchandise presentation following store guidelines. Qualifications Leadership and/or management experience in a specialty retail store environment. High School Diploma or GED. Experience delivering employee training. Cash handling and inventory/sales auditing skills. Proficiency with point‑of‑sale automated systems. Knowledge of merchandise maintenance and visual merchandising. Physical capability: constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours; lifting up to 30 lbs; ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders; good vision including depth perception.
