Summary The Seasonal Brand Ambassador provides personalized, inspiring service and helps deliver an exceptional in-store shopping experience. This customer-focused role supports sales goals, builds customer relationships, and contributes to a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities Drive sales by putting customer needs at the center of decisions and working toward sales goals. Represent the brand and deliver a consistent customer experience while supporting company and store initiatives. Build customer relationships and support alternative ways to shop, including digital tools and alternative purchasing options. Participate in team training, share feedback with management, and maintain sales floor and store standards. Requirements Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred. Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers, management, and coworkers. Operate a register and remain standing, moving, and walking for multiple hours; lift or climb as needed.
