Travel PT Home Health jobs in Salina, CA are available for 13-week assignments with full-time Monday through Friday 8-hour day shifts. You must have a California license and home health experience. Proficiency with Homecare Homebase EMR is required. Your responsibilities include evaluating patients in their homes, developing individualized treatment plans, and helping clients regain mobility and independence. You will conduct 5-6 visits per day, covering Santa Cruz and Watsonville, and document care using Homecare Homebase. Mileage is reimbursed at IRS rates.
