Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN)

$3,000 SIGN ON BONUS!!

Are you a LPN nurse? Are you tired of the same old nursing home routine? We are taking a very fresh approach to skilled nursing. We have a 12 hour day shift or overnight shift available. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Description:

  • Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include:
  • Medication Administration, including IVs.
  • Taking and recording vital signs.
  • Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
  • Provide resident and family education.
  • Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
  • Supervising CNAs

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

  • Current Tennessee License-LPN

Salary: Up to $34 an hour Based on experience

$3,000 SIGN ON BONUS!!
